Mike was the plumber. First time I have had to call a plumber as I have lived in an apartment all my life. The company and plumber in Fort Wayne responded in about an hour and spent 15 minutes in home. Was told the price up front before the work was done and that is what I paid. No hidden fees. Expensive, but I had sort of expected that. Just didn't know how expensive. Response time and friendliness was great on the phone and in the home. Thank you.
