worst customer service ever. to say that the wine guy has little patience is an understatement. he also has no social skills and has NO IDEA how to treat a customer. his words and attitude towards me were rude and insulting after I turned down just three recommendations. one wine I had already had before, another too expensive, and another I questioned the taste; he completely turned into a different person and I felt like I was in the twilight zone. If he is the owner I feel sorry for anyone who works there; if he is not the owner then if I were the owner he would be fired immediately for being such a jerk to people who want to come and spend money there. I spent my money at Discount Liquor at the NE corner of 51 and Sheridan- they are nicer.
