We had lunch there right after they opened (around 11:20am) on Thursday. I saw that a lady waitress was cleaning and wiping the glass above the sushi and seafood bars, using grease cleaner. And the food was not covered by anything! I assumed that she had done the same thing to other food bars! I told one of the waiters about this situation and he was reluctant to stop her because she was the restaurant owner. Then she cleaned the glasses of the rest of the food bars with grease cleaner before more customers came in.
