I called Mr. Duct on a Monday morning and they were out by Wednesday morning. They were ready to come Monday afternoon if my scheduling permitted. They showed up on time and they did a great job. They were friendly and very trust worthy. They showed us a video of our vents before they cleaned them and then afterwards. WOW what a difference!
