Facility was clean, comfortable and inviting. Interesting products displayed for sale. Rich was an attentive, knowledgeable and effective therapist. Booking was easy and convenient online. I enjoyed the experience and would go again. Perhaps some complementary tea while waiting for an appt would be nice. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is that I have been to some amazing and large world-class spas for which I would reserve that rating.
