I have had Josh to our house on two other occasions for two other appliances and have been very happy with his work and customer service. This time it was our microwave, I sent him a message that the issue was our Magnatron was shot. He came to the house looked at it said the magnatron is shot and that we should call GE because its still under warranty. I feel like he could have given us a call before he came out and charged us $70 to tell us what we already new.
