As usual, the visit was pleasant. The waiting room is fully stocked with news papers, magazines, and coffee; which, I didn't get too much time to enjoy, because I had some paper work to complete. Fortunately, the paper work was short and easy too. My new hygienist, Kathleen, was polite, friendly, and well prepared having already read my paper work and history. She offered options to help relieve some of the discomfort, and together we arrived at a workable and very effective solution, which she noted in my records for future visits. After the procedure, Dr Peiser greeted me, always with a smile. He then gave me his usual personal checkup and offered his long term plans for my continued support. I was very impressed with Kathleen and always, happy for the prompt and very personal service. All in all, another pleasant visit.
