Okay, so maybe the subject description is a bit over the top. I must say that the folks at your office are the primary reason I keep coming back even though I have not worked in the vicinity for years and live in Anaheim. While Nancy is not Patty she did a highly commendable job of filling in on my last two visits and Jennifer, as ever, deserves a raise and a promotion!
