I hate the music, and it is far too loud. I expect more of a spa environment for manicures and pedicures. There is too little space in the pedicure room, and the woodwork, especially in the bathroom, is in need of either cleaning or painting. For the premium prices I pay, I expect a more professional environment...not tattooed hairdressers hanging around the nail techs airing their personal business and borrowing polish. You need to decide what your identity is. I put up with it because I like my nail tech, Teresa, but I have limits and they're being pushed.
