Love Amanda, but cold water issues bordered on painful, usually don't mind it cool. I recall your having plumbing issues in the past with regulating water temperature--you might consider having a backup plan--say having tepid water in 5- gallon jugs available. RE upgrade in pricing--@ time of last visit before the move and when receptionist called to confirm my appointment plus email would have been a better way to inform clients. I was really caught off guard and even though I was given a choice to pay previous rate would never want to cheat anyone. P. S. I don't have my own computer so I don't get all emails.
