I needed a haircut badly so stepped in on whim as I had once before seven years before. They fitted me in with appointment within an hour on the wednesday before thanksgiving when I couldn't reach my normal stylist somewhere else. The stylist was friendly and it was a good cut to almost exactly what I asked including making the first cut to get bulk of length removed saved for the Locks for love program to make wigs for cancer patients.
