I stopped by yesterday to purchase an Aveda product. Since you asked, the service @ your salon for this simple purchase was well below average. The person responsible for the register had her back to the store, in conversation w/ someone in the office (as is often the case). No greeting, no 'hi' - nothing. Just what's your first name? Your last? Have you been here before? I am in your system. Have been for years. I tried using a stylist there, but the haircuts were nowhere near the quality I expect. Your location is convenient. I have used Aveda products for over 20 years, so I will probably return for them. If were my business, I would want to know these service aspects. Hope this helps.
