My experience this time was satisfactory, but not excellent. The facialist was a bit young and I assume a little inexperienced, but was kind and attentive. I had to ask for a neck pillow, and my eyes weren't covered properly when she looked at my skin under a bright light. No real complaint, but I've had better experiences at SG's.
