I scheduled a small group for mani/pedi's to celebrate a special occassion and a lunch prior to the services. The lunch was 30 minutes late, there was no preparation and the staff scrambled to get all the preparations done as we were eating, we only had 15 minutes to eat before the nail technicians came for our services, the services seemed to be lacking the massages that were included and finally, the payment process was confusing and disorganized with no explanation of what was happening. Everyone was uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. Very unhappy and will NOT return.
