Had a hair appointment with James the first time. He was nice and did my hair very good. However, when he washed my hair, he and I didn't remember to use a cape, so I got wet. I did not complain to him, but might need to remind the hair stylists if they wash hair, they need to make sure the customer is covered. Luckily, I didn't get too cold, but an older person or a cold natured person would get cold.
