As always, I was seen promptly, and Dr. Lai was thorough and pleasant during his examination. I have never gotten the impression that he needed to rush on to see the next patient. When it came time to replace my glasses for ones with progressive lenses, the on-site optician was excellent, helpful in finding just the right frames, explaining the charges, and apologizing that the glasses might take more than 2 weeks. Prompt, pleasant, and very efficient. Always a pleasure.
