We are very unhappy after a trip here to get a wig or two (or 3) for a chemotherapy patient. Staff was rude and brusque when they weren't ignoring us completely. Maybe we didn't look rich enough, but we were prepared to spend $500 today on wigs. I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone, but at least a little sensitivity training should be required for this obnoxious and stuck-up staff. Oh, and a few hundred hours of customer-service classes wouldn't hurt either. Never again. Ever.
