I don't visit the doctor that often (twice in the past 2 years). I do see a *very* good doctor at Westlake. However, the two times I have EVER called I've had to leave a message with the nursing staff and received no response.
Do these people only check their voicemail only once a day?
I understand they're busy but it's unacceptable to call at 9am and not get a response before the end of the day on a normal workday.
So I'm sitting here this evening with an obvious (albeit mild) allergic reaction to a medication which I have stopped taking and wondering what to do next about the reaction and the problem I was taking it for.
This wasn't the first time either. The last time I left a message it took them 2 days to get back to me in regards to what steps I needed to take in regards to needed medical equipment.
Bottom line. There are 1 maybe 2 good doctors at this office. Unfortunately the service level from everyone else drags it down. I would consider looking elsewhere but hearing about other people's experiences in this town this office is the lesser evil.
I echo the previous poster. Terrible customer service. Apparently since 2009.
