Brought my laptop in with possible virus problem, and felt a little leery in the beginning. It's a small shop with a lot of stuff in it. Being that i found them online, did not know what to thinks of it. I was pleasantly surprised with a phone call about an hour later. Gave me a very decent price and fast turnaround.
