My fiance and I came to Gusterman's for my engagement ring. We wanted to have something constructed that was uniquely ours, but done well. We had a very limited budget, and up until we found this wonderful place our experience had been very negative surrounding this fact. However, the staff at Gusterman's treated us like first-class customers and always made suggestions that fell below our budget - never pushing us over. They worked with our conceptualizations, while being professional about what would be functional for our active lifestyle. They spent a lot of time to get the ring just right - and in the end, it is perfect. Not only do I have a ring that I feel is a true reflection of the love between my husband and I, but we have nothing but wonderful memories or the whole experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gusterman's in the future - they are very good at what they do.
