When first becoming a customer, they were very helpful, however after that it was a hassle to get any changes made to my auto insurance. They NEVER shopped around to get me a better price and when I asked how to reduce my premium they passed me around from person to person and no one called me back. After this happened twice, I took my business elsewhere.
