Calling Roto Rooter for our home is like calling 9-1-1 for medical attention. We had an emergency plumbing problem on a Sunday, 10-30-2011 As soon as we had called Roto Rooter, the Dispatcher immediately had pullede up my info, and dispatched a Plumber to us right away. Within 10 minutes, the Plumber, Scott, knocked on our door! This was very amazing to us because on a previous occasion when we contacted a different plumbing company here in Jaksonville FL we waited at least 4 to 5 hours for their "emergency response!" Lesson learned! \r
In our estimnation, Roto Rooter was staffed to handle emergency calls, whereas other cmpanies just SAY they are! Scott quickly and skillfully determined the problem, and professionally resolved the manner within a minimal amount of time. As he departed, we simply watched our "troubles go down the drain!" \r
