My husband experienced the owner's rudeness and lack of interest in customer satisfaction when he phoned to ask questions about a certain product and if they had it or not.
I experienced the owner's insulting behavior first hand, in person when I went in to purchase a quick item. The man is personally insulting, confrontational, ARROGANT and has no interest in making customer's happy.
A lott of the staff is generally very young--high school aged and not knowledgeable about pets and products, and the young ones are rather unfriendly as well. There are a couple of mature people that work there that seem to be knowledgeable and friendly--but they are rarely there.
I will not be shopping here anymore--when I got a little upset at the rude comment the owner made to me he simply told me it was my fault and refused to sell me anything then.
