The clerks are very unfriendly. I went into a store to pick up an online reservation. The checkout counters and the customer service keep redirecting me to each other back and forth.. Finally I got the book and when I try to check out, they said it is gonna be $20 more because I want to pick up in store. It was not stated on the online form at all. Plus, the customer service was very hard to talk to. They acted like I was making up stories to get $20 off... more
