I do not believe Attorney Costello to be accurate or fair in his billing statements and I believe his entire business is setup to pad the hours of his clients bills.\r
On August 18?th 2009 I hired Atty Costello to represent me in my divorce. I paid him a retainer fee of $3,500 that I do not see listed in his billing statement. I do not believe that a 30 second phone call is grounds for a .10 of an hour or greater charge.\r
On numerous occasions I had Atty Costello?s co-worker Claire Devidas call me to ask me a question only to find Atty Costello calling me back later in the day to ask me the same question. The lack of communication within his office is astounding.\r
On one court date Atty Costello did not follow procedure and the judge told him to get his act together and both parties were sent home. When I asked him if he was going to charge me he said yes.
