I called Fast Water heaters in distress, as my water heater was leaking pretty bad. My call was received by a representative (I appreciate talking to people rather than machines at such times) who was patient enough to explain what my options were. He provided me with all the necessary information to be able to make a decision. Once I agreed on the service, they scheduled it promptly again. Their representatives arrived in time, and were courteous. They changed the heater, and explained everything I needed to know about my new heater.\r
