My husband and I would like to thank you for the great job your company has done both installing our Mitsubishi unit and for the follow up and care we have received from everyone at BC Express. Your crew worked very hard to install our unit without leaving a thing behind for us to clean up! That means a lot to both me and my husband. You were there on time to install the units and everything is just as you said it would be. Each time we have called, your staff is concerned for whatever the need is. Kelly has been just wonderful to work with and she makes us feel as if we are the only customer she has!! Always pleasant and always ready to do whatever it takes to make us happy.
We have already recommended you to our neighbors and they now have a brand new system and are also very happy. Now my sister is looking to change her unit and has also contacted you for an estimate.
Its not often that I would take the time to commend a company, but in your case, it is so deserving.
