They do what they say, in the amount (or less) than quoted. Great job, too.
In our case, the guy doing the work accidentally knocked our mailbox over as he was leaving. He immediately returned. I didn't have to do a thing - within 24 hours we had a new mailbox -- and frankly, better quality and much better installation.
When someone goes the extra distance to fix a problem -- you know you can trust them.
