Very frustrating experience! Every single appointment was rescheduled, and rescheduled and rescheduled. When I got the last message, I called back and - nicely but firmly - left a message asking them to come as scheduled. Theresa NEVER called me back - even with me leaving 6 more pleading messages! One appointment that they FINALLY showed up for earlier in the summer left me with a new operating box - but NO instruction manual. Can't give them an email address to send a PDF since they refuse to call me back (though I would prefer an actual glossy manual that doesn't bleed when it gets wet). Would NEVER EVER recommend them - don't even want to give them the one star rating that is required to publish this review. Oasis, however, just came and did a great job - perfect!
