I hired Robert Pope from C & R Landscape Services to install drainage in my back yard and to install a rock walkway on my side yard. The work was completed in July. The cost of the project was about $4000.\r

The quality of the workmanship was poor. Twenty-five to thirty percent of my back-yard has no grass. The stone path beside the house is very poor workmanship (weeds are growing throughout the pathway, stone placement is erratic, sprinkler heads were not capped or removed) and looks terrible. \r

I asked Robert to improve the quality of the work and I refused to pay the $500 outstanding on my invoice. Instead of standing behind his service and fixing my yard, Robert threatened to put a lean on my house for the outstanding $500. At my lawyer
