Bought a Groupon for a pedicure. Tried to use it and was told the mani/pedi technician was out on an indefinite medical leave. The person that answered the phone (totally unprofessional) said they were giving a massage in place of the pedicure. She didn't seem to happy about this either. Also, the masseuse is a guy and I feel funny about that, but they only have one masseuse and when I stated this she said oh well that is what they are offering. After that phone call I wouldn't go there if THEY paid me. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to go there.
