I personally like David's Bridal. I found the dress of my dreams at a David's Bridal in Kentucky but then moved to Oklahoma with my fiance. I went to the David's Bridal in OKC knowing what dress I wanted but wanting to still try on different things. It was a weekend and busy (which of course it would be) So I looked around and found MY DRESS and a few others that I liked.... if you want to get exactly what you want, why don't you look a little yourself. I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my mouth and am not afraid to do things myself. Once we were assigned a consultant she was awesome, she went and got the dresses I had picked out, I tried them on.. still liking the original one that I had picked out. She helped me see which would be better: WITH a slip or without a slip. When I mentioned I was going to be wearing a tiara she brought me several tiaras, ranging in price which I liked because it told me she wasn't just trying to get me to spend a million dollars. Oh and also my dress was in the $99 sale as well.. a few that I had picked out weren't on sale but the consultant was completely honest and agreed that the $99 dress was the ONE. Oh another thing I liked was that they let me bring in my veil (which I had bought elsewhere) to match with my dress. Ok so wonderful experience for my own wedding.. now almost 3 years later and I went back for my bridesmaid's dress to my cousin's wedding. I walk in, without an appt, and immediately a woman comes to help me. I tell her what I'm there for and she picks out the dress and 2 sizes. She also went to the trouble to show me the different colors that the other bridesmaids will be wearing. She was very attentitive and helpful. I was able to get what I needed and be out quickly.. which is important when you have a 13 month old along with you. So as for all these bad reviews, apparently they are looking for a very expensive, personal experience with Vera Wang... I love David's Bridal and will refer it and use it again and again.
