In a word, OUTSTANDING. ARA did a great job getting my car in quickly, explaining the damages and repairs needed, & setting my expectations about timing. They also kept me informed; I never had to call them to follow up - they called me first every time. My car looks BRAND NEW, and they even buffed and repaired some damage from a pre-accident bump in a parking garage. TAKE YOUR DAMAGED CAR TO ARA. You won't be sorry!
