I've had some good times but signiture place is never responsible for anything.the new manager ms homles put people out after they paid their rent.and run your credit report without you knowing.I pay my rent on time all the time you have a slim chance of getting your deposit back when you move out.this place is fill with rats ,mold,ants, and other bugs i can't identify,.I was also chased with a butcher knife by a non resident.the manager would not do anything it took the cobb county DA. to get involve they advertise a gym. there is none.they also say we have security there is none run for your life . unless you comming to buy drugs ass. check out the photos this place is not for kids.
