We were late for our reservation. There were two receptionists in the front and the older woman was not nice. She proudly announced that they gave away our table and don't have any more available tables. There are a lot of open tables at the restaurant. There were 5 tables opened at the main restaurant and also there were 3 casual tables opened at the bar area. We asked if we can just have a quick bites at the bar but she said kids are not allowed at the bar. When we gave up and leaving, a gentleman at a table with his family ran to us and offered their table because they are almost finished. But the woman goes again, ""sorry we can't do that. we are just so fully booked."" There were 8 open tables and they kicked us out. Will never go back again.
