I was a little hesitant due to the value of my piano, and past experiences. Bill was very courteous, and paid attention to the little details concerning the possession of my piano, all the way to my tile flooring. He protected everything in my house beautifully, and made it look so easy! He was priced well, and looked for the safest, easiest, and cheapest route to move my piano.
