Joseph L. Balkan, Inc. replaced my water main and installed a new inside valve. They arrived at my home before 9:00AM, which is when they said they would. The workers were very professional, courteous and friendly. The placed blue plastic covering over my carpeting in the basement which kept my carpeting clean. Afterwards, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was finished, which was at 3:15PM. They worked right through and got the job done in a very efficient manner.
I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends, or neighbors. The price was very good since I know other people that have paid more.
To summarize, the workers were efficient, courteous and hard-working. They informed me every step of the way as to what was being done and did a very nice job cleaning up afterwards.
