I purchased a voucher for waxing. Making the appointment was no problem. When I went in to be serviced and presented my voucher, Sri's attitude changed. The service was terrible and she did not provide the service the voucher listed. I WOULD NOT ADVISED ANYONE TO GO HERE! On the other hand I purchased a voucher from Waxing by Joi, who's located in Dunwoody, and she is totally awesome and welcome new customers with or without vouchers. I am now a customer of hers. STAY AWAY FROM SKIN VITALITY. They do not appreciate smart shoppers.
