I've been to many salons especially in the Providence area but never had a color last as good as this. I was interested in the new ombre look but i didn't want it to be overwhelming or more maintenance. Jen was amazing! She let me talk her ear off about possible color options i like, don't like, without killing my hair. I was shocked that i didn't feel rushed once and to find a stylist that really listens in my experience is rare.
