As I can see from other reviews I'm not the only one who was creeped out by the bald service man they sent out. This guy spent more time telling me how he can run the company better than the owner, and how the owner thinks they are friends but he really hates him than he did on my air conditioner. I couldn't believe this guy was actually saying this stuff about his boss. My air conditioner was not blowing cold the next day and I had to call another company. They said they had also heard bad things about this company.
