I appreciate your honest comment.Often it is hard to have a "while you wait" appointment in an auto shop due to the nature of auto repair.Sometimes it is difficult to determine how long the car before you will occupy the lift as every repair job is different.For instance a nys inspection should take 30 minutes,but if a bulb is out or anything else,that adds to the original amount of time we anticipated.In the future we would be happy to call you 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to let you know if there are any delays or if we can get you in even earlier.
