My experience at Curltopia was very pleasant. The salon was neat, clean and nicely decorated. Surprisingly, it was not overly packed for a Saturday appointment. After having my shampoo, I did have to wait 30 minutes on the stylist to finish with another client; however, I've come to terms that that is the norm in this industry. I had my hair trimmed and styled. The stylist did an excellent job styling my hair. She really knew how to handle curly hair and was able to style it exactly as I described. In the past I've visited other stylists who've claimed to be knowledgeable about curly hair, but then immediately COMBED out all of my curls. The only negative I found was that some of their products contain silicones and the stylist seemed to be unaware, but I will definitely return to this salon.
