Horrible experience this morning trying to visit that miserable place. A very important-looking guy with a note pad and a pen standing at the entrance took down our names and said the wait time would be about 20-25 minutes. After a 50-minute wait in the wind and cold and about 3 inquiries later we were finally kindly led to... a couple of miserable bar stools, right at the entry door (yes, a lovely chance for some more wind and cold!). When we said we'd rather have a table, we were waved out by the important-looking-guy and found ourselves behind the diner doors once again. At that point, we chose to leave. It's a shame that people are treated like that, it's not difficult to give more realistic waiting times to your customers or inquire about their seating preferences. Get your act together, Town diner, this is brunch, not rocket science (even if you have a pen and a note pad).
