I broke a key in my doorknob and could not get into my apt so I called Rays Lock & Key... well, let me tell you, this is probably one of the worst experiences I ever had with a local business. When I called I initially spoke with a man who said I should speak with his mom because she deals with the money. Then she comes on the phone and asks me what happened, I tell her that my key is broken inside the knob, I cannot get it out and I need help so, can she give me a quote. She asked me: what door, how many locks and I told her. After 10 -15 minutes of bull poop she gives me a ""tentative"" quote of over $200. Exasperated I tell her I'm going to call around and if they have the best price I'll call her back.... this is where the fun starts.
