After searching for about a week for a company to fix my carpet for me and after speaking to many company's i decided to go with family carpet even though i saw some bad reviews i decided to make my own decision on them and i am so glad i did ! I got the best job that anyone could get . and for a good price. my carpet had some tears from my dog who had torn it in several places and it was really in bad shape and they repaired it for me and got it to where i am now not embarrased for others to come into my home. the office was very friendly and the technicians were very nice guys. they worked really hard and took there time. and i felt i should let others know. judge them yourself, give them a shot. i know first hand you will be happy.
