I have always been satisfied with my service but something happened yesterday that disturbes me. The technician exited my garage via a door to an entry way to upstairs and then to the outside BUT he left the outside door unlocked and did not notify me. This could have caused a big problem because anyone could have entered my house at any time. Fortunately, I happened to check the door and locked it.
