We called and were instantly fans. They were easy to deal with and extremely flexible and wanted to make our move easy. This was refreshing especially since we were unsure about how long we would need storage since we hadn't found a house yet when we moved out of our recent home that was just burglarized.
I was very impressed by their level of customer service and the facility itself is well lit, spaciously, easily accessible, clean, and has 24hr camera surviellence.
