I love the selection and prices at Red Door and I've had a great experience consigning my items. I've never had any issues with items not being accepted.
However, the female at the consignment desk with long brown hair has absolutely no interpersonal skills and has an arrogance about her. In fact, I've contemplated returning to my favorite Newnan consignment store just so that sourpuss doesn't ruin my mood.
Would have been a 5 star review but I've had so many encounters with this girl and have never once witnessed her smiling or being friendly.
Customer service trumps everything else. It's not a department to be lacking in.
