These guys are not on the ball. I am living in California and keeping my stuff in Utah. I was not notified of the day payment was due, even after requesting an address change. I was then called and told payment was late. I said I had not received notice but was happy to pay. Then I was notified a late payment fee was involved. I felt this was unreasonable as I had not been properly notified. The guy on the other end was not cordial or willing to work with me. He was more concerned with the fee involved than in keeping a happy customer or working with me. That is bad customer service in my book.
