I bought a glass Pandora bead from an online retailer. The bead arrived chipped. The online retailer wouldn't exchange it for me. I took my bead to this store and they exchanged it for me, even though I hadn't purchased the bead from them. I will definitely shop at this store in the future. They have earned my money.
